In addition to all the activities and dance parties at Summer Land we'll be introducing a couple of fun new classes to the program to get your juices flowing. You'll be able to sign up for these classes at breakfast and lunch meal times.
9-10am on Saturday (BYO mat): Flow with Jo is a vinyasa based yoga class, linking breath to movement. Some call it a movement meditation, others call it a a workout. However you view it, yoga is sure to bring balance and equilibrium to your life to make you the best version of yourself.
Jo has been a student of yoga for ten years, and teaching for over 2 years, first in London and now in Sydney. Her classes are dynamic, with a sense of flow and ease. Suitable for everyone, classes offer more than just movement. You'll feel more freedom in your mind and body- so you can dance the night away without a care in the world!
2-3pm on Saturday: Looking for Something WILD & FUN to get you through the wildness of Summer Land?
Introduction to Hula Hooping & HoopDance workshop teaching you the basics you need to get you started on you WILD journey with this little plastic circle that gets you outside, gets you fit, gives your brain a workout, gets you connected & is super portable!
What's in the WILD Taster: 1hr of Foundational moves, some hoop fitness & directional changes are just some of the basics aquired in this little Summer Sesh. Finishing off with some HoopChorey, cool down stretch & new friends. :-)
NO EXPERIENCE is required. All Hula Hoops are provided for class. Limited spaces available so get in quick!
Lupa Howl is a bit wild loud and fun in a small explosive package. Obsessed with dancing and music in all forms and genres, she is known as the party starter and likes to push her students to their most wild abandon limits through dance, fitness challenges, laughter inducing games and a sh*t load of FUN!
