Where is the venue?

Our lips are sealed!

All car park ticket holders will be text the location on Friday 12th February. We can tell you that it is approximately 1 hour from Sydney by car/coach and it’s pretty damn nice.

 

How do I get there?

We recommend travelling by the organised coaches. By travelling by coach you can meet your fellow Summer Land buddies and you can get the party started with some mixes by our favourite Summer Land DJs, plus it’s better for the environment so everyone’s winning. Coaches from central Sydney will leave at approximately 6pm on Friday 12th Feb.

Tickets for the coaches can be booked at the time of purchasing your event ticket as a discounted bundle or separately.

If you can’t make the coaches you can drive to the venue. Driving instructions will be released on the day of the event.

There are no public transport options are also available. 

There are no one way coach tickets available.

 

What does the ticket price include?

Ticket prices include entry to Summer Land from Friday evening 12th February, accommodation, and access to the parties to fist pump to the best local DJs around, all mrals from Saturday breakfast to Sunday breakfast and all activities. Prices vary according to the type of accommodation you choose.

 

What do I need to bring with me?

Our advice is to travel light and just bring essentials. Pack enough clothes for the weekend, your finest Summer Land attire (My Bloody Valentine is the fancy dress them for Saturday) and your swimmers. You can bring food and drink on site, it is completely BYO. If you have booked a camping ticket then you need to bring a tent (obviously).

Don’t forget to bring your ID and sunscreen. Oh, and inflatables are encouraged for the lake party

 

What can’t I bring?

Illegal substances, weapons or anything that looks like a weapon. We are a peaceful at Summer Land where everyone can kick back and relax. Leave your guns at home for the weekend. Don’t bring professional cameras or unnecessary valuables. 

 

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes. The event is BYO. No glass permitted.

 

What time are the parties running?

The parties will run until the last person leaves the dance floor!

 

What if I have special dietary requirements?

Do I need cash?

No. All activities, meals, accommodation, parties are included in the price and alcohol is BYO

 

How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

There is no limit on ticket purchases. The accommodation provided on site for non campers is arranged in dorms or villas of varying sizes. Friends sharing a cabin will need to book their tickets together.

 

Is Summer Land an over 18’s event?

Yes. You will be required to show ID on your way into the site.

 

Can I bring my pet pooch?

Unfortunately no pets are allowed at Summer Land.

 

Can I apply to volunteer at The Ranch?

If you would like to volunteer to work at the ranch please email info@haveyouheardevents.com

 

Do I have to pay a deposit for accommodation?

Yes. Just like anywhere else you will need to provide a deposit for your accommodation unless you are camping. This is in case you damage anything or lose the keys. You will only be liable for your room and as we know you Have You Heard Events attracts a very fine crowd we feel confident everyone will leave their accommodation as they found it and no-one will be charged for damage.
