The Yacht Social Club: February Line-ups Announced
As always we aim to provide you with the perfect soundtrack to a summer afternoon on the iconic Sydney Harbour and this month is no exception. With that, we are excited to announce the full line-up for The Yacht Social Club February 2017 dates.
First off the rank, on Saturday 4th February, we welcome back Cassette, who played a barnstorming set for us last season on our Australia day weekend special. She'll be joined by her partner in crime Rachel May, the darker, deeper alias of Minx who of course played for us earlier this season. Expect something very special from these two.
Next on Saturday 11th February we welcome Mark Craven for his debut at The Yacht Social Club. Mark has been tearing it on the Sydney Festival circuit over the summer with DJ sets at Return to Rio, Lost Paradise & Electric Gardens. We can't wait to hear what he has in store for us! He'll be joined by a new duo known as Gothic House Mafia, which is the combined forces of Vivi (Motorik), who of course smashed it at our opening party this season, alongside new girl on the block, Cai Griffin, who has been making waves since arriving on the Sydney Club scene in the past twelve months.
On Saturday 18th February we have something very special in store for you. On the decks we'll have Dean Pogs, head honcho of the infamous pop-up yacht parties Summerlove. If you've been lucky enough to attend one of these epic parties you'll have seen Dean joined by one and only Dan Mac from Art Vs Science. These two will be replicating this awesome sound with Dean on decks & Dan on guitar at The Yacht Social Club so expect eargasms galore!
Finally on Saturday 25th February we welcome back the Start Cue boys as they takeover The Yacht Social Club. These guys have played for us every season so far, as well as our Halloween party a couple of years ago, and there is a reason why we keep asking them back time and time again. They never disappoint!
