We thought it would be nice for everyone to get to know a little bit about Alan Thomas, our special guest DJ on The Yacht Social Club 004 on Saturday 28th November (support from fellow Irish DJ Jay Doyle)
Where are you from?
Dublin, Ireland
Favourite local hangouts:
I don't have many because of being so busy with work, but The Sly Fox in Enmore is a great new spot to hangout. It's only a stone throw away from my place too.
Where do you play?
I'm pretty lucky... Sash, Spice, Subsonic events, Blueprint and Agwa boat parties are a few that spring to mind.
What sparks your fire?
Seeing music make people as excited/ happy as it makes me. Good energy, good music & good people spark my fire.
Favourite colour:
Depends on how I feel but I'll pick green for my current mood and it's role in nature.
Favourite sound:
I couldn't pick just one but I'm a fan of lush/organic sounds, especially mixed well in analogue & digital productions. Also Interesting samples that make people reminisce.
Favourite clubbing memory:
A lot to name but warming up for an all time favourite DJ of mine Lee Burridge was pretty special to me.

With The Yacht Social Club 006 selling out in less than 6 hours yesterday, we've added an extra date... The Yacht Social Club 007 will take place on Saturday 16th January. Bookings open on Friday 21st August with the link being emailed out to our mailing list & posted on our Facebook.

30PAX Catamaran - $3600 ($120pp)
30PAX Catamaran Premium - $4050 ($135pp)
